( S ) stands for strengths: manager questions includes, what are our major strengths, and how can we maximize them in the future? ( W ) stands for weaknesses: manager questions includes, what are our major weaknesses, and how can we overcome them? How should we address weaknesses in IT resources and capability? ( O ) stands for opportunities: manager questions includes, what are our major opportunities, and how can we take full advantage of them, What IT plans do we have to support business opportunities? ( T ) stands for threats: manager questions includes, what major threats do we face, and what can we do about them? What can we do to deal with potential threats to IT success?
