三通阀系统布置 System Arrangement The three-way valves of the HP heater series with the brand of GS Valve is specially designed for the operation and disconnection and switch of HP heater. The system can be arranged like this: a combination of three-way valves for both inlet and outlet or a combination of three-way valve for the inlet and straight or angle valve for the outlet, which is decided by clients’ site piping and pipeline design. Control can be used electric or pneumatic actuator. Feedwater Bypass System always be kept in back up status. If something wrong with the heater that cause the water level rise, the feedwater bypass will have the action immediately. It can control the feedwater bypass system automatically by supervising the water level. 自力式液动三通阀 Main Advantages of Design and Craftsmanship The integrally forged streamline body is designed specially for peak load regulation and frequent starting. The density of the material is excellent and has prominent rigidity and toughness, which is conducive to protect the overall concentricity of the body and stem, and improve sealing performance. Meanwhile the valve stem bush is used for the valve stem to achieve the requirement of more reliability and less thrust of the operation. Can be customized according to clients requirements. The body material is casting WCB or forging WB 36, to ensure its consistency with the material of the HP feed-water piping. The body can be weld directly without a transition. The axial position of the back seat is fixed to ensure the stroke fixed. Besides, the back seat has a removable structure, which is easy to maintain. There is a double central guiding device at the upper and middle section of the valve stem, which makes the starting and closing smoother and the wear resistance is smaller. The sealing surface is made of co-based overlay welding alloy, which is conducive to long service life, abrasion resistance, anti scuffing, tight seal. The valve stem is made of high strength stainless steel, and the sliding parts contacted with the valve stem is made of surface hardening, which forms a sharp difference in hardness to prevent the mating parts. The head of the valve stem is made of butterfly spring, which ensures enough pre -tightening load so that the valve won’t be jammed when start and close.
