Survey Profile • Annual, global survey deployed in January to roughly 55, 000 associates • Associates (excluding contractors) with 90 days of tenure are eligible • Available from any Internet-enabled device • Individualized links are sent to associates with email • Non-email associates use a unique identifier (network or employee ID) to access the survey via www. syscospeaks. com • Survey is deployed by Perceptyx, Inc. • Survey is General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) compliant, attributed, but confidential • No one at Sysco can see individual responses • Results are never viewable in groups of less than five • Managers receive direct access to the Perceptyx results dashboard to view results for their teams and create Action Plans 5
