Transboundary Water Programme • The Swedish EPA initiated a programme on transboundary waters in 1997. • Activities include for example: - Several projects to facilitate the establishment of agreements on Daugava and Nemunas rivers. - A project regarding water quality monitoring in Nemunas and Daguava rivers - The seminar Transboundary Water Cooperation in the NIS, Moscow, March 2003.
