Primary Education Application Process • After your (paper) Primary Ed app has been reviewed by the unis, you will find out: – (a) if you are going to be invited to interview and, if so, – (b) which university wishes to interview you • You will then add that university as your 5 th UCAS choice for Primary Education • Interviews may take place as early as Dec (or just after the New Year) • Prep for HE contains interview prep info – study it!

Summary: Guide to BEd Application 1. Complete SWAPWest Primary Education application form. 2. Submit by deadline; panel will select some to invite for interview. 3. Complete UCAS application for your four ‘Plan B’ choices (leaving one space for BEd/alternative to be entered after you learn if you’re being invited to interview). 4. Those selected for interview should go ahead and add the relevant university as their 5 th UCAS choice and then attend their interview (Dec-Mar). 5.
