Equipment and Tool Prep • What to include in a surgery pack? – All surgical instruments and other sterile material that may be needed during the surgery. – This may include suture material and/or needles, gauze or cotton-tipped swabs and draping material. – The instruments and material needed in each pack will vary because of the different species’ sizes and surgical needs.
