Students are advised to submit their work even if their project has changed or shortened due to the current circumstances.

Conference details Date: 25 th September 2020 Presenters Oral and poster presentations: current final year undergraduate students (2019/20) Keynote oral presentations: successful graduates in industry and academia Career workshops: Research & Industry for all participants (audience and presenters) Audience 2020/21 Final year students in STEM who are entering final year research project stage in September 2020 Academic Staff Industry Representatives

Step 1: Complete your Research Step 2: Download the application forms from sure-network. ie/conference/ Step 3: Write your abstract and complete the application forms (you can modify or use your abstract from your Thesis if you wish) Step 4: Submit your abstract and application forms online by 15 th May 2020 Further information is available on the SURE Network website http: //sure-network. ie/ Resources to assist with preparation of oral and poster presentations will be available on the conference website

Abstract submission Call for abstracts opened on 3 rd April 2020 Submission by 15 th May for final year projects completed by May 2020 Extended submission to June for later finishing projects by arrangement with the Programme Committee (http: //sure-network. ie/about/committees/) Option for oral presentation and/or poster presentation Notification of acceptance and feedback June 2020 Preparation workshop will be provided for all successful oral presenters Early September 2020 in each hosting venue

Awards & Certificates All presenters (poster and oral) will be included in the official

Awards & Certificates All presenters (poster and oral) will be included in the official conference proceedings All presenters will receive a digital badge for CVs, Linkedin etc. Prizes for Best Science and Best Communicator (Poster and Oral) will be awarded at each conference venue Oral presenters will be invited to consider authoring a paper a SURE undergraduate research Journal.
