Counselling: psychological, debt and addiction counselling (individual and sometimes in groups) Target groups: registered unemployed and jobseekers with a redundancy notice Psychological and addiction counselling (alcohol) • … aimed for those who feel that their job search and success in getting hired is affected by a situation, for which they have a hard time finding a solution on their own. • Duration: maximum 10 academic hours in 6 months. Debt counselling • Loss of employment can influence your income significantly. You should determine a way to cope with your loan commitments as soon as possible. • Duration: maximum 6 academic hours 6 months.

Coaching for working life (I) Ø Coaching for working life is a labour market measure for restoring work habits or gaining first work habits by unemployed persons. This measure is usually meant for long term unemployed persons. Ø The aim of coaching for working life is to prepare unemployed persons for participation in other active labour market measures or for employment. Ø Duration of coaching for working life measure varies from two to six months, tree to five days in a week. Ø It is procured or provided by Eesti Töötukassa (only mentoring is procured, cooperation with local municipalities, if possible)

Coaching for working life organised by Eesti Töötukassa itself The importance of “self-organised“ measure: § It is possible to provide the measure also in regions with lack of service-providers; § It is possible to provide more quality service for specific target groups; § It gives us possibility to design the measure further and develop the most appropriate methods used in the measure for specific target groups; § In this case we can have closer cooperation with local governments in designing the measure based on the needs of the groups; § There is more flexibility in the costs; § The supervisor´s strengthened role in preparing, coordinating and mentoring the group.
