Over the next few weeks, take me with you and show me what you can do! I bet you have learnt so much. Cut me out and keep me safe (I don’t mind being printed in black and white). If you can’t print me, then why don’t you draw me instead! You might plant some seeds. I wonder if you could grow your own veg? I enjoy eating lots of new foods and cooking. Can you make something for me to try? When was the last time you helped around the house? Can you tidy your room, do the washing up or something else to help? Can we practice our ball skills ? See how many times you can keep a ball bouncing without falling on the ground. Shall we go out for a run today? I miss doing the marathon challenge with you! See if you can build up your stamina again and go for 10 mins. Can we take a bike ride together? Don’t forget your helmet and make sure I am secure. I don’t want to blow away I am starving! Share your favourite healthy snack with me Why don’t we build a den? It could be out of pillows or blankets– get creative! I like playing games. Can you make up a new game to play which keeps you active? Let’s go outside today and enjoy the sunshine! Don’t forget to stretch or join in with a yoga activity. Keep up your flexibility I need to keep my fitness levels up. Can we do something that gets our heart beats going? Practice your catching skills. You could use a frisbee, ball, socks, balloon etc Learn how to skip. How many can you do in a row? Can you go forwards & backwards? Take part in a wellbeing or mindfulness activity today. Let’s see how good it makes you feel! Pick a physical activity and Going on a walk today. Take try and get a personal best notice of the nature. today! E. g You could run faster or further, score more goals Lets dance, put on some music and show me your moves! Learn a new skill today.
