Anglophone Africa CS CCM Dialogue Forum The work of the platform is guided by four objectives: • Further the meaningful engagement of civil society and community groups through regular bi directional communication and provision of accurate and acces sible information to enhance the knowledge and partici pation of these actors in Global Fund related processes. • Improve the overall impact of Global Fund programs and interventions, and disease responses more globally through strengthened engagement of civil society and communities affected by HIV, tuberculosis and malaria. • Expand access to technical assistance (TA) for civil society and community groups through greater coordi nation with the CRG Strategic Initiative short term TA component, as well as key national, regional and global technical assistance partners. • Support strategic civil society and community capacity development initiatives

Anglophone Africa CS CCM Dialogue Forum - 2019 OBJECTIVES: • Take stock of achievements, challenges and lessons learnt in civil society participation in CCMs • Review progress and lessons learnt, and advise on measures to strengthen various projects supporting civil society engagement with CCM and in the Global Fund processes • Share experiences and recommend the positioning of CCM constituencies in the CCM evolution • Strategize/recommend specific strategies of enhancing civil society participation in the next cycle of the funding request
