Paragraph Form In chapter one Greg Mortenson was attempting to climb K 2 to honor his sister, Christa. While he was climbing he and a few of his fellow climbers got sick and had to turn around. Greg was following Mouzafer down the mountain, but he lost his way and ended up having to stay the night on the glacier by himself.

Sample Lit Response I think it is really neat that Greg wanted to climb a mountain to honor his sister that passed away. In the book he said she died on her twenty-third birthday. I wonder how she died? I wonder if he will do something different for her since he didn’t reach his goal.
