[who else? – schools, etc. ] o Ensure leadership group includes staff and those with lived experience (i. e. youth, seniors, etc. ). Situation assessment include survey, community conversations to identify priorities, what’s missing/gaps, barriers and contributions. o Plan hike on trails with those with lived experience. Ensure community involvement in developing options and solutions (i. e. housing, transportation, etc. ) Bring data holders together: share, interpret, prioritize target areas. Gather and communicate what is present & what works. Expand while overcoming identified barriers. o Ensure accessibility and transportation (overcome barriers). Link to funders. Help other partners define their role and what they can contribute.
