What is suicide • • • Suicide is completing the action of self harm. The symptoms include: signs of clinical depression withdrawal from friends and family sadness and hopelessness lack of interest in previous activities, or in what is going on around them physical changes, such as lack of energy, different sleep patterns, change in weight or appetite loss of self-esteem, negative comments about self-worth bringing up death or suicide in discussions or in writing previous suicide attempts getting personal affairs in order, such as giving away possessions, or having a pressing interest in personal wills or life insurance
How Many Teens Commit Suicide every Year. About 1 of 25 teens have attempted suicide. Male are up to 79% of all suicides. 1 of 65, 000 children commit suicide ever year. Suicide is the 3 rd leading cause of death for 15 to 24 -year-olds and 2 nd for 24 to 35 -year-olds.
Causes of suicide. • There are many different causes here are some examples. Bulling, Depression, illness, HIV, Family issues. Loss of hope or Love.
How does it happen. • Usually they have had problems for some time. • Most teens do not spend a long time planning to kill themselves. They may have thought about it or tried it in the past but only decide to do it after an event that produces feelings of failure or loss, such as getting in trouble, having an argument, breaking up with a partner, or receiving a bad grade on a test.

Why is suicide a problem. • Because they cut their life short and cant have a wife or children or grand children there is no guarantee a second chance. It effects a lot of people friends and family. If you do commit suicide you might regret it in heaven.
Other information that relates to suicide • According to WHO, approximately one million people commit suicide each year worldwide, that is about one death every 40 seconds or 3, 000 per day. For each individual who takes his/her own life, at least 20 attempt to do so. Suicide has a global mortality rate of 16 per 100, 000 people. It might take maybe 4 -6 minutes for a person to die during a hanging.
