What do we do?

Activities Committee Chair • • • Oversee all new group recognition and category upgrades Act as a student group liaison to Student Union • Trainings, feedback, support, etc. Plan semesterly Activities Fairs

Budget Committee Chair • • • Oversee semesterly Category 1 and Category 2 Student Group Budgets Lead and act as facilitator of Budget Committee during budget allocation meetings Work with VP of Finance of SU to stipulate funding limits and restrictions for the following semester

Speaker of the Treasury • • • Oversee Treasury and appeals over $1, 000 Advise both committees Lead weekly Treasury meetings Lead and coordinate the Trending Topics session with the VP of Programming Coordinate with student groups on appeals and general funding questions

VP of Finance • • • Manage $3. 6 million budget Oversee student group appeals under $1, 000 Advise Treasury and both committees Support student groups in understanding financial policies Drive long-term financial investments

Janice Davidse • • Advise Vice President of Finance, Treasury, and both the Activities Committee and Budget Committee Oversee all finances for Student Union
