Goal Today I want to teach you to be able to recognize and write about new information that you learn from a non fiction book in a reader’s notebook.

Assess • I can draw and write in a reader’s notebook to tell about new information I learn from a nonfiction book. • I can write the title and author’s name on the line. • I can use the terms reader’s notebook, title, author and topic.
