1. Go to the Student Online System https: //online. uom. ac. mu 2. Click on ‘forgot password’ 4
. Type in your Student ID 4 Captcha image generated . Type the characters in the captcha image generated here 5 6 . Click on submit 5
7. The following message would appear on screen and a temporary password token would be sent to your Student Email (a sample of the email is provided on next screen). Click on the ‘Ok’ button to be redirected to the login page 6

8. Use the password token to log on the Student Online System 9 Type in your student Id Type in the password token received in your email 10 11 Click on ‘Submit’ button 8

You would be directed to the following screen * Type in the password token received in email here 13 Your student id would appear here 14 Type in your own chosen strong password here as per acceptable new password format * Determines strength of the password being typed Re-type your above chosen strong password here 15 Click to confirm your new password 16 NOTE: 9
17. This message would appear on screen Click on ‘OK’ button to be redirected to the login page 18 You are now ready to use your newly created password to log on the Student Online System For any queries 10
