“VALID GRADES” METHOD Ø mostly used for course completion purposes Ø includes all students who received a letter grade (A, B, C, P, D, F, NP, W, MW, I, IP) Ø excludes students enrolled in academies and courses that extend beyond the normal end date of the semester (FSA, FOT, etc. )
“OFFICIAL” METHOD Ø includes students with Student_Seat. Status A (Add) or N (New) regardless of the grade(s) received Ø includes students with Student_Seat. Status D (Drop) and “W”(s) Ø includes students enrolled in academies and courses that extend beyond the normal end date of the semester (FSA, FOT, etc. )
“STUDENTS SERVED” METHOD Ø mostly used for AEBG purposes Ø includes students with Student_Seat.
