What is this project? ¨ Multi-year, multi-million dollar effort ¨ Implement a new integrated student information system ¨ Replace the multiple aging legacy systems and databases with a modern and sustainable technology platform ¨ Support and enhance student administrative functions such as admissions, registration, financial aid, student accounts, academic records, and more.

Why undertake this effort? ¨ Improve service to UGA students ¨ Transform technology platform of administrative systems to better support data-driven decisions ¨ Provide opportunity for increased efficiency and productivity by streamlining business processes

Who will participate? “All In” ¨ Every school and college of the University will be included ¨ All administrative offices that process and/or touch student information will be involved ¨ All the current systems utilized in student information processing at the University are within the scope of the project
