Criminal Justice Team ● We are: Court Liaison Workers who support vulnerable adults with mental health difficulties through the Criminal Justice System, at the earliest point of contact. There are Specialist Social Workers available for your longerterm needs. Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team (CRHT) ● The Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team CRHT) is a team of mental health professionals working within Solent NHS Trust. We are a team of experienced Mental Health Nurses, Support Workers, Doctors and a Psychologist. We aim to provide safe and effective home based assessments and treatment for adults experiencing urgent mental health problems. Where appropriate, these services are provided as an alternative to hospital admission. CRHT also act as the Single Point of Access (SPA) for Adult Mental Health referrals. ● Based at The Orchards, Locksway Road, Portsmouth, Hampshire, PO 4 8 FE

Oakdene Adult Mental Health Rehabilitation Unit ● Oakdene Unit provides Inpatient Mental Health Rehabilitation for people who are experiencing severe and enduring mental health difficulties. ● Based at 1 Oakdene Road, Southsea, Hampshire, PO 4 8 FF
