Score and Fold 1. There is the ugly way to fold cardboard and the way cool way to fold cardboard. 2. Run the point of a scissors along a ruler where you want to fold the cardboard. 3. Bend the cardboard along the scored line. www. Build-It-Yourself. com

Platform 1. Cut cardboard 3”x 5” 2. Tape (or hot glue) 7” coffee stirrer sticks to stiffen the cardboard. www. Build-It-Yourself. com

Structure 3. Mark and score on the black lines. 4. Cut the base sections. www. Build-It-Yourself. com

Structure Platform 5. Bend along the score lines. Tape the vertical structure. The triangle is a strong structure. 6. Tape the vertical structure to the base. Cut a 3” straw length. Set up to tape the straw to the vertical structure. www. Build-It-Yourself. com

Straw / Arm Connection Pieces 7. Tape (or hot glue) the straw to the vertical structure. Cut a 3” x ½” cardboard arm. 8. Tape (or hot glue) the arm to the top of the vertical structure. You may use the arm to wrap pipe cleaner arms of other decorations. www. Build-It-Yourself. com
