Graduation Requirements- continued Subject to Change per State Law • Students must earn 18 points on seven end-ofcourse exams in order to graduate. **These tests replace the OGT test for the Class of 2018 and beyond** • End of Course exams will be given for - English 9 & 10 - Algebra 1 & Geometry - Biology - U. S. History & U. S. Government • Students can earn from 1 -5 points for each exam, based on their performance. (5 -Advanced, 4 -Accelerated, 3 -Proficient, 2 -Basic, 1 -Limited)

Pre-Engineering (Project Lead the Way) INTRODUCTION TO PRE-ENGINEERING DESIGN (IED) – Year 1 – Co-requisites: Algebra I, a lab fee will be charged – This course uses a design development process while enriching problem-solving skills; students create and analyze models using specialized computer software. • • Pathway to Pre-engineering is a four-year course of study integrated into the students’ core curriculum. Combination of traditional math and science courses with innovative Pathway to Pre-Engineering courses prepares students for college major in engineering fields. Offers the opportunity to earn college credit while still in high school. Courses engage students through a combination of activities-based, project-based, and problem-based learning.
