Coping Strategy � Every person is different in the way that they feel stress, what makes them feel stress, and how they are able to deal with the stress that they feel. � A successful coping strategy will depend on their own individuality, but depends on everyone to be able to identify what is causing their own particular stress.
Pointers on Implementing a New Stress Management Plan � Keep trying to find the right stress management plan if it does now work right away � Talk with someone outside the situation � Do not give up if it works or does not work
