Career Mapping Step 1: Self. Assessment n n n n What drives you? What are your values? What are your unique talents? What are your needs? What have you accomplished? What do you enjoy? What don’t you enjoy? How do you need to be rewarded? What environments do you thrive in? What factors are important to you in a job? (geography, rewards, employees, commute, culture, the work itself, managerial style, etc. )
