ELEVATE: The Career Advancement Academy Undergraduate Requirements • 12 earned credit hours • 2. 5 GPA • Must complete within 10 semesters Graduate Requirements • 6 earned credit hours • 3. 0 GPA • Must complete within three semesters 2018 “Closing the Gap” award from the ADHE Students receive milestone rewards. Milestone include: • • • M 1 -self-assessment M 2 -resume and cover letter M 3 -two mock interviews M 4 -career action plan M 5 -attend two career fairs M 6 -experiential learning opportunity Each milestone has a reflection assignment.
