File Types Supported • Audio files: –. aif, . aifc, . aiff. asf, . au, . mp 2, . mp 3, . mpa, . snd, . wav, and. wma • Picture files: –. bmp, . dib, . emf, . gif, . jfif, . jpeg, . jpg, . png, . tiff, and. wmf • Video files: –. asf, . avi, . m 1 v, . mp 2 v, . mpeg, . mpv 2, . wm, and. wmv
Narrate • First save Powerpoint – Suggest creating a unique folder • Slide Show Menu • Record Narration
Illustrations / Concepts on slide including desired still images or video segment
Important Notes • Click and select link option – Create individual. wav files for each slide with autoplay link in each slide • Link should be same folder as your Powerpoint file • Individual. wav file cannot be edited in Powerpoint • Use Audacity to edit/correct audio (. wav) files • Change slide timings to reflect change in audio lengths (slide sorter view)
Burning Storyboard • CD / Jump Drive / AFS space • Best to select whole directory • Must include all. wav files
