Stop Second hand smoke Bill • This bill will limit the use of tobacco products in vehicles. • This law will make it illegal for any tobacco product to be lit in a vehicle when a person under 18 is present. • Violation of this law will result in a civil infraction and fine of $100 for each incident. • Ticket of $100 • Ticket for smoking in a vehicle with a minor (under 18) -6 states have already passed this exact law
