Concepts and definitions Stop Searching, Start Matching • HKUPOP Employees were asked to rate their job satisfaction using a five-point scale ranging from “very satisfied”, “quite satisfied”, “half-half”, “not quite satisfied” and “not satisfied at all”. • Employers were asked to estimate their employees’ job satisfaction using the same scale. • Those who answered “very satisfied” or “quite satisfied” (the top 2 boxes) are grouped as “overall satisfied”, whereas those who picked “not quite satisfied” or “not satisfied at all” are grouped as “overall dissatisfied”. Methodology Stop Searching, Start Matching • HKUPOP The survey instrument was co-developed by Headline.
