What is deforestation Deforestation is the permanent destruction of forests in order to make the land available for other uses. An estimated 18 million acres of forest, which is roughly the size of the country of Panama, are lost each year

Why should we stop deforestation? • • • The rainforest is home to around two thirds of all plants and animals living on land. Imagine how you would feel in this situation. Millions of people depend on the rainforest for survival. Just needing basic things such as medicines, shelter and food. Our remaining ancient forests hold some of our oldest trees. Our trees are the most vital importance of health on our planet especially when it comes to regulating the climate. With so many of the worlds forests already destroyed, we urgently need to protect what's left however companies are ignoring the views of people and are cutting down more and more trees every year, to make money foe their businesses and themselves.

What/what is effected by it? • • • People- In the amazon rainforest lots of tribes live their with small community's live their however them cutting down the rainforest are destroying their child hood and lives forcing them to move to places they may not feel safe their or people don’t speak their own language Animals- All the trees being cut down are bringing some species to the brink of extinction and even our most intelligent species the orang -utans is suffering and pandas to who depend on the bamboo for survival The climate-the trees being cut down are also speeding climate change. It is going to come to a time when people wished they hadn't cut down the rainforests

How you can help? • • Teach others about the importance of the rainforest Plant more plants to help oxygen Encourage people to live in a way that doesn’t harm the environment Support companies and donate to companies like ours and wwf Follow us on social media sites

Our vision? That in 2020 the amount of trees that have been cut down will have reduced More people will be aware of what happens when deforestation happens we can only do it if you help

Our Motivation? We where so inspired at all the websites that are helping to stop deforestation we decided to start a company helping them as well. The good news was that lots of people new about deforestation already however the bad news was that nothing was changing so we think maybe our company can help decrease the amount of trees being cut down

What our moto means? It means that even if you have not got a lot of money or busy you can still show motivation by visiting our website or donating to our company and it means that we should make use of the internet and that we should see that we can use it everywhere you can just quickly go online and take part in our survey or donate some money You can do it wherever you are!
