Stockton City Council 2005 -06 Goals and Activities GOAL A Improve the quality of life for all communities of Stockton by preventing and reducing crime with emphasis on community oriented policing and neighborhood-based interventions and services.

Stockton City Council 2005 -06 Goals and Activities GOAL B Assume the leadership role in developing social, economic and cultural opportunities for all, especially youth.

Stockton City Council 2005 -06 Goals and Activities GOAL C As part of the City’s overall strategy of economic development to support healthy, active and viable communities, revitalize the Downtown, the Waterfront and other redevelopment and economic development opportunities throughout the entire City.
