Introduction In the Stock Plan Redesign, E*TRADE Securities LLC (E*TRADE Securities) is making changes to help enhance and improve the online experience for stock plan participants. This redesign has been developed to make the stock plan experience on etrade. com easier to use. The goals of the redesign are to: § Make the stock plan experience easier to use § Offer a supportive experience that helps demonstrate the value provided by the employer to the participant § Help participants learn to manage their stock plan benefits by making it easier to find and use products and tools § Provide a clean and modern look with consistent navigation across all pages § Redesign the Sell/Exercise page, allowing for multiple benefit types to be sold simultaneously § Expand visibility into plan holdings, grouped by plan type or status § Show which grants are sellable, exercisable, unvested, or require acceptance § Make ESPP enrollment, grant acceptance, and tax elections simple and informative by redesigning the Plan Elections page while maintaining all of the functionality of the current Stock Plan experience 3
