Steps to apply to Mt. SAC 1. Apply to Mt. SAC Go to www. mtsac. edu and complete the online application. The process will take about 20 -30 minutes. 2. Take the Placement test Call (909) 274 -4265 or go to the Assessment Center in Bldg. 9 B to set up an appointment. 3. Attend a College Orientation Call (909) 274 -4380 for an appointment or you can complete your “Online Orientation” through your Mt. SAC Student Portal. 4. See a counselor Call (909) 274 -4380 or schedule a counseling appointment online through your Mt. SAC Student Portal. It’s recommended that you visit a counselor before registering for classes. 5. Register for classes To register for classes, you must log onto your Mt. SAC Student Portal. If you need assistance, then you can go to the Student Services Center in Bldg. 9 B. 6. Pay your fees After you have registered for your class(es), you can pay online through your Mt. SAC Student Portal or at the Bursar’s Office in Bldg. 4. Notes:
