Assistance Per • One time assistance, up to $30, 000 Household – Delinquent Mortgage Debt – Past Due Property Taxes – Outstanding Condo Fees

Mortgage Loan Terms • 0% Interest • No Monthly Payments • Five Year Forgivable – Loan forgiven 20% annually as long as homeowner retains occupancy

Eligible Homeowners • Legal owner of record • Primary residence • Hardship that caused the delinquency • Income to sustain future payments • Less than $10, 000 in liquid assets
