STEP 1: ASSEMBLE INSERT PLATES 1. Assemble insert plates by press fitting roller bearing and adapter plate into assembly 1. 1 Prep all mating surfaces to ensure no dirt causes interference 1. 2 Press fit tapered roller bearing into slot of insert plate (1) 1. 3 Press fit front side adapter plate into the inner race of the bearing (2) 1. 4 Repeat for other front side adapter plate, and two motor side adapter plates 1 2

STEP 2: ASSEMBLE FIXTURE FRAME 2. Create Backbone of Assembly Fixture 2. 1 Prep all mating surfaces to ensure no dirt causes interference 2. 2 Press fit locating dowel pins into small, designated holes in base 2. 3 Place front frame piece (1) onto dowel pins 2. 4 Repeat steps 2. 1 – 2. 3 for motor side frame piece (2) 2. 5 Attach side support members (3). Bolt into place 2. 6 Loosely place all corner bracketing and bolts (4) 2. 7 Ensure perpendicularity of the frame and alignment of the insert hole centers 2. 8 Once system is aligned properly, fully torque down corner brackets/bolt 1 2 3 4

STEP 3: ASSEMBLE MOTOR MOUNT 3. Assemble stand for motor mount on back of frame 3. 1 Loosely lay horizontal square tube members onto base and add bolts (1) 3. 2. 1 Ensure all members are parallel to each other and perpendicular to sides of base 3. 2 Fully bolt members into place 3. 3 Loosely lay vertical square tube members in proper location and add bolts (2) 3. 3. 1 Ensure all members are parallel to each other and perpendicular to horizontal members 3. 4 Fully bolt members into place 3. 5 Loosely lay top horizontal square tube members in proper location and add bolts (3) 3. 5. 1 Ensure all members are parallel to each other and perpendicular to vertical members 3. 6 Fully bolt members into place 3. 7 Add sheet metal motor mounts to top of motor stand (4) 3. 7. 1 Ensure motor mount is perfectly level 3. 8 Fully bolt into place 4 3 2 1

STEP 4: ASSEMBLE FIXED MOTOR SIDE OF FRAME 4. Assemble motor side insert assembly into frame 4. 1 Insert motor side insert assembly onto outside of motor side frame support, such that the adapter plate shaft is pointing toward the motor mount 4. 1. 1 Ensure the center of the motor side insert assembly is aligned with the center of the motor side frame support 4. 2 Bolt motor side insert assembly into motor side frame support 4. 3 Place shaft coupling onto shaft of motor side insert plate (shaft coupling not displayed) 4. 4 Place motor onto motor mount, aligning the motor shaft and the center axis of the shaft coupling 4. 5 Tighten shaft coupling into place 4. 6 Bolt motor to motor mount 4. 7 Repeat for other side

STEP 5: MOUNT ROLLER ONTO FRAME 5. Add rollers to the fixture assembly (For full video of process, see EDGE site) 5. 1 Using a forklift, bring rollers into assembly through the side and loosely align it with the key on the motor side adapter plate 5. 2 Move roller until taper and key of motor side adapter plate is fully engaged 5. 3 Slide tensioning rod through front frame and roller, and fully thread into motor side insert plate 5. 4 Place removable front insert assembly into the front frame 5. 4. 1 Ensure taper of the adapter plate is aligned with the taper in the roller 5. 4. 2 Ensure key on the adapter plate is fully engaging with the roller 5. 5 Bolt removable front insert into front side frame support 5. 6 Place cap onto front side of tensioning rod and tighten to a desired torque 5. 7 Repeat for second guide roller

STEP 6: ASSEMBLE SHIELDING 6. Assemble Plexiglass shielding to be placed on side of fixture 6. 1 Add hinges to top side of Plexiglass shielding 6. 2 Bolt other side of hinges to top of vertical frame members ensuring the system opens outward (not shown) 6. 3 Bolt handles toward the bottom of the Plexiglass, ensuring they face away from the system (not shown)
