Stefan Żeromski Stefan - his nickname was Maurycy Zych, Józef Katerla. He was born on 14 of October 1864 in Stawczyn and died in Warsaw on 2 o of November in 1925. He was a famous dramatistic, prose writer and publisher. He became from noble family. His school years (1876 -1887) he spent in Kielce he studiet at Institute of Veterinary in Warsaw. History The school was found in 1949. At first it was situated in block of flats (now days Modrzewiowa Street). First headmaster was Stefan Zychowicz.
