R. Elections ü As defined by our Covenants – The SRHA Board of Directors shall

Elections ü As defined by our Covenants – The SRHA Board of Directors shall consist of 5 – 9 members – Each member shall be elected at the Annual Meeting – The term for an elected member is 2 years – A member who wishes to remain on the board must be re-elected at the end of their 2 year term – Specific positions on the board (i. e. , President) are voted by the board at their first board meeting. • They are not specified at the Annual Meeting SRHA Annual Mtg 1/31/09 17
