Present Status – At present about 21 pages have been written (out of the foreseen ~35 pages) 60% done – We should have a final version by the next collaboration meeting (1921 Sept. ) so…. . time is VERY tight – In few sections some more discussion is needed (e. g. R&D). – At this meeting we should possibly address all the remaining issues for each subsection – For each subsection the person(s) in charge of it should: • briefly summarize the content • what is left to do (if something) • open issues to be discussed now so that each subsection can be finish by the end of NEXT WEEK – I invite all the involved people to do as much as they can to provide missing parts in final shape in the next week
