Statistician Input into Northern Ireland Programme for Government Why change the existing approach? • Input/ output/ process driven and monitored accordingly • To encourage move from a silo approach • To place wellbeing at the core Carnegie Roundtable recommended that the NI Executive. . . • Agree a set of strategic commitments and outcomes (the Wellbeing Framework) and place this at the core of the 2016 -2021 Programme for Government.
