1. How was the sample data collected? A clear statement that outlines the process

1. How was the sample data collected? A clear statement that outlines the process of how you obtained the sample data from the population.

2. Evidence of the sampling process Is there clear evidence of what type of

2. Evidence of the sampling process Is there clear evidence of what type of sampling method you have used, and how? • For manual sampling, this could be simply showing the random numbers obtained from your tool, and highlighting the relevant data entries in your population. • For computer generated samples, small snapshots of what you are doing is sufficient, along with a brief explanation.

3. A copy of the final sample - sorted Provide in table form, a

3. A copy of the final sample - sorted Provide in table form, a copy of the samples you have taken, it should show clearly • Your two groups that you are comparing • Relevant measurable variable • Be equal to the sample size you initially chose to investigate The data should be sorted appropriately (especially if manually collected), making it easier to work with

4. Discussion around cleaning 1. Evidence that you have checked the data for errors

4. Discussion around cleaning 1. Evidence that you have checked the data for errors i. e. any inappropriate or missing values 2. If any values are removed, then consider taking a slightly larger sample to start with 3. A clear discussion of the cleaning process, and why any data was removed or changed
