Reasons for selection of theme • To pose a challenge to myself by using slow shutter speeds • To take my self out of my usual genre of Street Photography • I aim to reproduce some inspirational images from my researched photographers

Techniques used and how they will help convey the visual message • • The Rule of Thirds Background/foreground Leading lines and curves Straight lines Diagonal lines Aperture for desired depth of field Set ISO to 400
How light quality can be used to help convey the visual message • • • Using available light in the shooting conditions Shoot in low light for more dramatic results Determine the lights direction Look at shadows created by the light Use sunlight to create different colours – either sunrise or sunset
