State Tracker Program Feedback § State Tracker program – launched in Fall 2013. § July 2016 – Sought feedback from State Trackers. § 32 respondents = 30% response rate § Goal: Determine satisfaction level with program. § Goal: Identify improvements in anticipation of the 2017 legislative session. § Goal: Gauge interest of current State Trackers in the continuation of duties in 2017, as well as the need to recruit new State Trackers. Summary of Feedback § Checking Reports: 40% are doing it daily, while most check intermittently. § Monthly calls: 21% participate every month, while most do it 1 -3 times per session (6 calls held each year). § Time Commitment: 75% are fine with the commitment. 25% are not. § Relevance of bills: 50% are satisfied. 50% are not. § Top Issue: Scope of Practice – 80% of responses. § Memberships: 88% are members of their State OTO Society, while 66% are members of their State Medical Society. § Satisfaction: 94% are satisfied or very satisfied with the program. Only 2 people gave the program a low grade. § 2017 Service: 40% are likely to track next year. 26% are unsure. 34% will not likely continue to serve.
