Step 5 – Get others to help • Organizing a team is a lot of work • You may have a heart of gold when it comes to volunteering but you will enjoy it more if you delegate some of the work • 3 or 4 people is ideal • Work as a committee and share out the tasks

Step 6 – Generate a team budget • Once you know your NCISL and equipment fees you should set a team budget. • Make sure that your budget covers the complete costs of entering a team so you are not out of pocket yourself • At the end of your budget you should have a fee that each player needs to pay to join your team
