GDIH LANGENBURG at the time of purchase will issue to the Purchaser a copy of our performance guarantee backed by either a bond or insurance policy that will be back the warranty. If the Units fails to perform per spec and/or per the warranty, the performance bond will provide recourse to the Purchaser to cover the cost of the capital investment. q Testing and test data Second there was a concern as to the unit being fully operational prior to being shipped, and what assurances the lender will have that the unit is operational prior to releasing funds? Upon completion of the unit, we will have an Independent Large Power Company, provide us a truck of dirty water and they will also test the power output of the unit. They will provide in written format the LT Units output of power and will run the LT Unit through a series of stress and other routine test providing the results. Also, an independent Lab will analyse the provided water and watch as we process that water and will test that water output. The water lab results will demonstrate that the water output exceeds drinking standards laid out by EPA for quality drinking water. TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM FOR THE PORTABLE LT UNIT SYSTEM FOR PRODUCTING ADVANCED PROPRIETARY TECHNOLGY Using an advanced proprietary technology, the LTWR 1 PTBL Water & Power Processing Unit is capable of transforming up to 250, 000 thousand gallons per day of wastewater, polluted water, and or industrial water into municipal grade clean drinking water. The Client wants a 40 Megawatt unit that will clean one million gallons of water a day. The value of that contract would be approximately $700 MM. The cost of the unit would be $35 MM to include the infrastructure cost. The Lender would use as collateral the Power Purchase Agreement and lend the partnership the $35 MM. q The LT Unit would be manufactured, delivered, and installed on site. ESSAR ENERGY TO SECURE LONG TERMS POWER PURCHASE PACT FOR TORI POWER PLANT LONDON (Dow Jones) - Essar Energy PLC (ESSR. LN), the India-focused integrated energy company, Thursday announced that it will be signing a power purchase agreement, or PPA, with the Bihar State Electricity Board, or BSEB, for 300 megawatts of contracted capacity from its 1, 200 MW Tori I power station which is under construction in Jharkhand state, India. MAIN FACTS: • BSEB has issued Essar Energy's subsidiary Essar Power Jharkhand Limited, or EPJL, with a Letter of Intent to purchase the power over a 25 year period and it is expected that a binding PPA will be signed within two months. • The supply of power under the terms of the PPA will commence from May 2015. • Under the terms of the Letter of Intent issued by BSEB, the 300 MW PPA will involve EPJL supplying power at a levelised tariff of approximately 7. 4 U.
