TARN recommendations Review Missing Transfers each month: § Missing Transfer list: Submission Summary screen - shown earlier § Unmatched transfer report - Audit tab: 30 days post dispatch : Preferred option § NHS numbers appear in this report: Easier to identify patients. § Good Network communication to ensure all Transfers are captured: Speak to Network Manager § Full coordinators list also under Resources: Useful for External Transfers § Include: Transfers for Repatriation or Specialist care: 3 days+ total § Exclude: Transfers for Rehabilitation only § Exclude: Referral for medical reasons: dialysis, mental health issues etc. These should be classed as discharged to ‘Other Institution’ not transfers
