In the subject line, enter Priority, then EMR Shipment ID, Origin, and Destination. Example: Priority Shipment 1005060055 HKG-LHR In the body of email, use standard response for initiating priority tracking based on service type (DTA, DTD, ATA, ATD). Refer to Standard Response Email Template file. a) Follow up with the carrier for all milestones listed in the standard response by copying the most updated table and pasting it into your response. Note: For every email Sent To and Received By carrier, you must enter Priority Service Comments on the shipment showing most recent update. Refer to step 6 for instructions. a) The carrier is to populate the “Updates” column on the template for every milestone listed as it occurs. b) Continue following up on every milestone until shipment has reached final point of tracking. c) Once shipment has reached final point of tracking, ensure that all required status events have been entered in OTM so the shipment can be closed out.
