Stakeholder Portal User Guide Updated: September 2020
Welcome to the Vic. Health Stakeholder Portal! The Vic. Health Stakeholder Portal is part of an organisation-wide revamp of our IT systems. In time, this portal will be your “one stop shop” for all your interactions with Vic. Health. More immediately, you will be asked to use it if you are applying for our grant round. Setting up your account Step 1: Register yourself to create an account When you first visit the Vic. Health Stakeholder Portal, you will see this page. If you have previously registered, please log in with your details. If you can’t remember your password, please click “Forgot your password? ”. If this is the first time you are accessing the portal, please click “Not a member? Register here”.
Setting up your account Step 2: Provide your first name, last name and email address Please use the email address that is affiliated with the organisation you will be submitting an application for. Step 3: Check your email and click on the active account link If you have not received an email, please check your junk/spam inbox. If there is still nothing there, please Contact Us. When you have activated your account, set up your new password.
Setting up your account Step 4: Once your account is activated, ensure your contact details are up to date so we can get in touch regarding your application. By clicking where you can see your name on the homepage, you will be provided with a small menu. Click on My Profile. On the Profile page, click Edit vichealth@vic. gov. au
Setting up your account Use this page to change your phone number, email address or name. If you change your email address, you will receive a further activation email to confirm that your email address has been entered correctly.
Setting up your account Step 5: Click on Settings and Preference to check you are happy with the default settings. On this page you can also change your password and timezone. Please note that the only language available for this portal is English. Please ensure the tick box is checked for email notifications so we can contact you via email regarding your application. vichealth@vic. gov. au
Getting to know the portal Following the launch of the stakeholder portal in September 2020, we will continue to make improvements and the portal functionality will increase. In time, the functionality will increase. For now- make sure you feel comfortable with using the portal to start and submit your grant applications. You will also use the portal to contact us if you need further help. You can either use the buttons at the top or the corresponding boxes below. They will get you to the same pages. Starting an application Step 1: Click on Current Opportunities on the Home Page
Starting an application Step 2: Click on the arrow next to the relevant opportunity title and then select Apply Now
How to get help If you need help regarding the application process or using the portal itself, please reach out. Step 1: Click on the Contact Us Button
How to get help Step 2: Fill out the Contact Us Form Provide a few words on the issue you are having in the Subject Box. Go into more detail, in the Description Box. The more detail the better! Then click, Confirm.
