The Building Department • Pray for the Building team, that they may take pride in their work, and that they may live wisely in the next few months without regular income. • Pray for Godfrey as he negotiates fair prices for work to be done in Phase 2 of the Maternity Wing. • Pray for Joseph Mlulu the site manager, and his family.

Diocese of Mpwapwa • Pray for Bishop Simon Chiwanga, for wisdom as he leads the Diocese • Pray for clergy, that they might minister effectively in difficult circumstances, and lead by example as well as word. • Serious discussions begin for the selection of a new Bishop-in-waiting over the coming months – he will have a two-year posting alongside +Simon, and will then take over in time to be at the next Lambeth Conference in 2008.

Family life • Give praise for an excellent summer holiday with time together as a family • Pray for effective church visits and safety in travelling over the next three months • Pray for the children, as they adjust to new situations at school, that they may be happy and settled, and thrive in their new environments
