The Value of Catholic Education (cont. ) St. Luke is comprised of Pre K - 8 th Grade in one building - older children are present to be examples for their younger peers Students in grades 5 - 8 have strong self-identity because they remain in an environment they are comfortable in, surrounded by faculty they know, and do not switch to a junior high A smaller school environment leads to a sense of community – we look out for each other at St. Luke School 32% of our teachers have been at SL for over 10 years – the faculty are committed to our children and our school and have a strong sense of pride in our students’ achievements – students are not just a number at St. Luke
