Service Criteria • Common Mental Health Problems • Primary Problem - Depression, GAD, Panic, Health Anxiety, Phobias, OCD, PTSD inc. Type 2 Trauma) • Core Business – Clusters 1 -4 (Possible exceptions PTSD, OCD, where Primary Problem)

Age Range • • Adult IAPT 16 upwards Lifecycle Service covers all ages Integrated Service Seamless Pathways Joint Working Internal prioritisation 14 -25 (Adolescent and Young Adults Workers)

Exclusions • Primary problem is not a common mental health problem • Care Cluster 5+ (with exceptions) • Excessive use of alcohol and drugs • Severe Risk / Uncontained presentation • Client not ready / able to engage in therapy • Actively engaged in treatment with CTT’s • Not sure – Contact our Duty Team 0191 2832937

Risk Thresholds • None to Moderate Risk • Moderate risk – Thoughts of self harm, no immediate intent. Recent one off act of self harm (e. g. overdose) no current / immediate risk
