St. Ciaran’s Student Council 2019 -20
Chairperson of the Student Council Caitlin Mc. Crory – Year 14 I am responsible for deciding what should be discussed at all meetings I lead the meetings I help to decide what the student council should try and improve or develop in the school I co-ordinate the student council activities
Secretary of the Student Council Megan Noble – Year 14 I am responsible for recording what is discussed at the meetings and I email the detail to Mrs Mc. Girr I am also responsible for attending all meetings and writing up an agenda for each meeting.
Vice - Chairperson of the Student Council – Chantelle Condy As Vice – chairperson I am second in charge I will be expected to take over if Caitlin, the chairperson is unavailable I am responsible for helping out with student council activities and be a support to everyone
Publicity Officer Rebecca Mellon– Year 10 I am also responsible for making posters, to advertise the student council activities and events I am also responsible for deciding what could be put on the St. Ciaran’s facebook and twitter
Year 9 Council Representatives – Lucy O’Neill & Rionach Hackett We are responsible for listening to all students in Year 9 and bringing their views and ideas to meetings We are also responsible for delivering information to all Year 9 students about council decisions and other events We will attend all meetings to try and bring about a positive change for Year 9
Year 10 Council Representative – Ella Mc. Caul & Carey Dillon We are responsible for delivering information to all Year 10 students about council meetings and other events. We are also responsible for attending meetings At these meetings we make suggestions or give ideas on how the school could be improved for Year 10 students.
Year 11 Council Representatives – Ronan Mc. Bride & Conor Kerr We are responsible for listening to all students in Year 11 and bringing their views and ideas to meetings We are also responsible for delivering information to all Year 11 students about council decisions and other events We will attend all meetings to try and bring about a positive change for Year 11
Year 12 Council Representatives – Katrina Conlon & Chantelle Mc. Caffrey We are responsible for delivering information to all Year 12 students about council meetings and other events. We are also responsible for attending meetings At these meetings we make suggestions or give ideas on how the school could be improved for Year 12 students.
