Overview q SSAI utilized Salesforce in July 2011 q Recent internal evaluation: n Lack of implementation n Lack of training for subgrantees q Review the portal n Definition n Instructions and application in day to day work with SSAI
Uses of the Subgrantee Portal q Used for managing contact, cases, and other interaction between SSAI and subgrantees q Keep everything in one place and track history for convenience and record-keeping q In the future: n Give subgrantee user more autonomy and control on information about subgrantee n Quick snapshot of grant information for convenience
Goal of this training webinar q Reactivate training and usage of portal q Help users maximize the potential of portal q Introduce upcoming new functions (only for Key Subgrantee Contact group)
How to log in q Log in through SSAI webtool q Demonstration screenshot in PDF
Current functionality: 3 q Articles: network-wide emails, PPM q Contacts: view active contacts at the subgrantee q Cases: open new case with categorization, view open and closed cases
Enhanced functionality: 2 q Only for certain group of users: able to edit certain subgrantee information q New users will need to specifically request for this access q Subgrantee Profile
Enhanced functionality: Subgrantee Profile q Users can view “snapshot” of information of subgrantee: n name, address, slots, counties, budget, etc. q Users can edit certain information about subgrantee such as: n legal name, address, website, etc. (complete list is in pdf)
Enhanced functionality : Contact Request Form (CRF) q User can submit a request to add, edit, or deactivate a contact q This does not alter database, it only alerts SSAI staff of the upcoming change q Demonstration in pdf
